REGULAR MEETING 1/12/09 Meeting called to order at 7 p.m. with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag being recited. Roll call of members present: Greg Gephart, Roy Reinke, Chris Gust, Arnold Eggert, Gene Schuett Members absent: Jim Hunter Guests present: Jean Baker, Ray Ferensic Moved by Roy Reinke to approve the agenda. Supported by Chris Gust. Motion carried. Moved by Chris Gust to approve minutes of 12/8/08 regular meeting. Supported by Greg Gephart. Motion carried. Moved by Arnold Eggert to pay bills of $21,452.67. Supported by Chris Gust, Motion carried. Moved by Greg Gephart to adopt the attached resolution in support of millage to maintain primary roads. Supported by Chris Gust. Motion carried. Greg Gephart informed Council of Planning Commission officers as follows: Chairman – Greg Gephart, Vice-Chairman – Don Goetze, and Secretary – Sharon Joy. Clerk instructed to send letters to area Accounting Firms requesting bids for Village Audit. Gene Schuett to get information regarding a Community Website and report to Council at next meeting. Moved by Gene Scheutt to authorize Fire Chief to look into possibility of purchasing a new or used truck to replace the truck being borrowed from the DNR and report to Council at the February meeting.
