REGULAR MEETING  11/10/08

Meeting called to order at 7 p.m.

Roll call of members present:   Greg Gephart, Ray Ferensic, Roy Reinke,  Chris Gust, Arnold Eggert. Jim Hunter

Guests present:   Jean Baker,  Gene Schuett,  Richard Maliniak. Dennis Zick, Bill Bonner, Bernie Marsh, Ryan Swartz

Moved by Chris Gust to approve the agenda.  Supported by Roy Reinke.  Motion carried.

Moved by Greg Gephart to approve minutes of 10/13/08 regular meeting.  Supported by Arnold Eggert.  Motion carried.

Roy Reinke reported that a video was done of sewer lines.   Some lines were cleaned.   Lagoon sludge was recently checked also.

Moved by Jim Hunter to pay bills of $15,019.54.   Supported by Chris Gust,  Motion carried.

Gary Schave to contact Village Atty regarding Midwest Accounting bill for yearly Audit in regard to Contract in place for Village Audit costs.

Moved by Ray Ferensic to proceed with Abandonment of unnamed street lying between State Street and School Street and between First Street and Third Street (see attached resolution).   Public Hearing to be held December 8, 2008 at 7 p.m.  Supported by Arnold Eggert.   Motion carried.

Moved by Roy Reinke to adjourn.   Supported by Jim Hunter.   Motion carried.
