REGULAR MEETING  3/9/09

Meeting called to order at 7 p.m. with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag being recited.

Roll call of members present:   Greg Gephart, Roy Reinke,  Chris Gust, Arnold Eggert, Gene Schuett

Members absent:   Jim Hunter

Guests present:   Jean Baker,  Ray Ferensic, Bernadine Marsh, Patty Finan

Moved by Chris Gust to approve the agenda.  Supported by Roy Reinke.  Motion carried.

Moved by Roy Reinke to approve minutes of 2/9/09 regular meeting.  Supported by Gene Schuett.  Motion carried.

Moved by Roy Reinke to pay bills of $41,563.38   Supported by Chris Gust,  Motion carried.

Moved by Greg Gephart to retain Quast, Janke and Company of Bay City as Village Auditors for the years ending March 31, 2009, March 31, 2010, and March 31, 2011 at a cost of $4,300 for the first year, $4,400 for the second year, and $4,600 for the third year.   Supported by Arnold Eggert,  Motion carried.

Moved by Roy Reinke to pay the Port Hope Chamber $378.75 as a share of the Village Website set up costs.   Supported by Greg Gephart.  Motion carried.

Moved by Chris Gust to hold the Annual Budget Hearing at 7 p.m. on Monday, April 13, 2009.   Supported by Roy Reinke.  Motion carried.

Moved by Roy Reinke to adjourn.   Supported by Greg Gephart.   Motion carried.
