REGULAR MEETING  5/11/09

Meeting called to order at 8 p.m. with Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag being recited.

Roll call of members present:   Greg Gephart, Gene Schuett,  Chris Gust, Arnold Eggert, Jim Hunter

Members absent:  Roy Reinke

Guests present:   Jean Baker

Moved by Greg Gephart to approve the agenda.  Supported by Chris Gust.  Motion carried.

Moved by Greg Gephart to approve minutes of 4/13/09 regular meeting.  Supported by Arnold Eggert.  Motion carried.

Moved by Greg Gephart to authorize Gary Schave, Mayor, to have Rooney fix Diamond Creek culvert on School Street .    Supported by Chris Gust.   Motion carried.

Moved by Chris Gust to pay bills of $16,747.84.   Supported by Arnold Eggert.   Motion carried.

Sidewalk Repair issue on Main Street tabled to June Meeting.

Moved by Chris Gust to donate $500 to Chamber of Commerce for 4^th of July Fireworks Display.   Supported by Gene Schuett.   All yes with exception of Arnold Eggert voting no.   Motion carried.

Moved by Chris Gust to adopt the Identity Theft Prevention Program as presented and to direct Mayor to follow through with instructions/signatures to Council and Employees.   Supported by Greg Gephart.  Motion carried.

Moved by Greg Gephart to adjourn.   Supported by Gene Schuett.   Motion carried.
